Support your local roasters! Currently on my 4th bag and I don't plan to go anywhere else. Not only are the beans 5/5 but the service is impeccable. Tim, the owner goes out of his way to get to know his customers and delivers locally. I find that his price is more than fair for the amount you get + no delivery fees. Every time I find a favorite blend I try another one and it becomes another favorite. My at-home coffee setup is in great hands because of Blind Coffee Roasters :)

I just had one of the best cups of coffee I’ve had in an extremely long time! I stumbled across this place and just wanted a black coffee, little did I know that Tim, the owner, was so enthusiastic, excited and educated and proud of his coffee, that he explained what he does, how he does it and why he does it. It was so well balanced and rich that I did not need cream or flavor of any kind. Enjoyed every sip! Thank you Tim!

BCR came across the radar at Astoria Farmers Market, Sundays, where Tim hosts the friendliest and most enthusiastic booth weekly. I live for coffee, so the quality of their beans and roasts goes without my saying so. But what I appreciate the most is Tim's humanity and ability to welcome and honor customers. Thanks Tim for inspiring us all to be kind--and happy.

I met Mr Tim today at the Saturday market. Not only was he a pleasure to talk to, but a very respectable man. It is rare to find businesses who far exceed expectations of quality whom also have ownership and a cause well worth getting behind. The quality of the beans is some of the best you can get, especially for the price, and I’m very excited to pour my first cup. I’m planning on being a repeated customer and will highly recommend business and overall support for yall to those I know. Go visit and buy some coffee and you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Tim!

Award winning coffee with passionate ownership. Stopped in with some colleagues and really enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend the Cortado. Pick up a bag of coffee or baked goods to top off the drink order.

So. I told myself before I did this review I was going to try the peaberry, but Haitian Blue was a true revelation. Like all good coffee; which this is very good coffee, The flavor notes enhance as it cools. Each stage of the process offering a little more depth. I met one of the owners Tim, at his stand at the local farmers market in Mac. Instantly, Tim was speaking my language. A man who had no dishonest quality when it came to his product and his craft. This local roaster has to be the best because Tim is the best and the product he sells is phenomenal. I have so many flavors to try now. Not only would I highly recommend this coffee, but I encourage anyone who is passionate about coffee to speak with Tim; given he has time while running the best small roasteria in the state to say the least. "Best small" meaning best if you get my drift.

I got their coffee for the first time the other day and I got full body chills. The beans are such high quality and so cared for. The beans taste like they are so respected and loved- almost like they are all given a kiss goodnight and gently tucked into bed and read a bedtime story.

So glad I caught the end of the market while passing through. Some of the best light roast beans I've found on my coffee hunt around the PNW. The blackberry notes shined through so beautifully, as promised, adding the extra kick of special my blackberry shortbread breves were missing. Will definitely make the drive to the storefront now that I know it exists.

Best cup of coffee I have ever had! Bought a pound of Sumatra espresso at the portland market. They were very helpful in helping me select the best blend for me. They nailed it!

Wow… came in to this shop looking for a quick pick me up and ended up meeting some of the nicest welcoming people in the industry. Such a warm cozy vibe and the wonderful smell of freshly roasted coffee beans really sealed the deal for me. I ordered a white chocolate caramel mocha and man was it great. And on top of that they gave me a freshly brewed in front of me shot of the espresso that they used for my drink! These guys will make you feel at home and really inform you about the best coffee for YOU. I will 100% be returning regularly. This 5 star review was earned not asked for.
